●  Insult

A conflict occurred in a bakery between a customer and a substitute employee over a pre-order that had not been properly communicated between staff. According to the employee, the customer became verbally aggressive during the dispute and ended the confrontation with a xenophobic insult.

The incident was recorded and shared online. In the video, the customer complains about the service and makes a reference to 'UPA' (the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, a term often used in anti-Ukrainian rhetoric in Poland), adding xenophobic remarks directed at the bakery worker.
