●  Physical attack in Wałbrzych

A legally residing Paraguayan man in Wałbrzych was falsely reported to police on suspicion of filming children at a playground. Officers checked his identity and phone, found no suspicious material, and confirmed that he was legally living and working in Poland.

Later, a group of local residents gathered and assaulted the same man, who was hospitalized. Police arrested two suspects, who are expected to face charges for a nationality-motivated assault. Authorities stated that the attack followed false rumors, and police also prevented further violence when dozens of people gathered near a hostel housing foreigners.
