A group of Polish right-wing activists went to the office of a Ukrainian woman who runs a business assisting foreigners with legalization procedures. The activists, reportedly including two people linked by Polish media to the right-wing Confederation party, filmed the encounter and questioned her about support for Stepan Bandera, her work with foreigners, and her office. The video was later published online and spread widely on social media, triggering both anti-Ukrainian hate and public debate about the limits of such "citizens' patrols" and the safety of foreigners in Poland.

The Ukrainian woman reported the incident to police. Following a legal review conducted by police and prosecutors, two suspects were detained. Authorities opened an investigation into alleged defamation and the publication of a recording that could damage the victim's reputation and business. Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński condemned the incident, stating that there is "no consent for hatred and aggression" and that police would respond decisively to such cases.
