A veterinary clinic employee refused to issue a pet passport for a Ukrainian woman's cat and told her to 'go back to your own country' to obtain the document. When she asked how she was supposed to take the cat out of Poland just to get a passport, the employee reportedly replied that they did not know. The woman then contacted another veterinary clinic, where staff agreed to issue the passport and provide vaccinations without any problems.
