A video filmed in Wrocław shows a loud confrontation in which a man hurls vulgar anti-Ukrainian abuse at Ukrainian-speaking people. On the recording he shouts about the police and threatens the group with prison, and swears at Ukrainians as a nation, using an obscenity directed at "Ukrainian" people. The Ukrainian-speaking victims can be heard repeatedly asking a woman named Aryna to call the police.
