In a video published by Ukrainian blogger a Polish woman speaking Polish to an audience calls on Poles to use the police as a tool against Ukrainians living in Poland. She instructs listeners to phone the police every single time a Ukrainian merely says "dzień dobry" ("good day") to them, to report it as an "attack on national grounds", and to claim that the Ukrainian is provoking them because they are Polish. She argues that politicians brought "the Ukrainians" upon Poles and instructed officers not to react, so Poles should deliberately flood the police with such calls.
In the same recording the woman repeatedly dehumanises Ukrainians. She calls them "upadlińcy" — a derogatory distortion of the word Ukrainians — and says they are "the stupidest species in the world", that "animals are smarter than them" and that "a hen has more brain convolutions than an upadliniec".
The place and exact date of the recording are not stated in the source.
