●  Labour raid in Częstochowa

Border Guard officers conducted inspections of three businesses in the Silesian region, reviewing the employment conditions of 49 migrant workers from Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. Authorities claim that all inspected workers were employed outside the conditions of their permits or without required documents/contracts.

Follow-up administrative and legal proceedings have been launched, which may result in return orders for some workers.
