●  Detention for deportation

On July 30, 2025, Border Guard officers from the Nadwiślański Unit carried out multiple residence checks in three regions of Poland. Over 100 people were checked, and 17 — from Colombia, Indonesia, India, Syria, Yemen, Uzbekistan, and Belarus — were found to be without valid residence documents or in breach of previous return orders.

Some of those checked were also reported to have been working without the required permits or contracts.

Administrative return proceedings were initiated for most of the 17 people, while in two cases authorities took additional measures — including placing one person in a guarded detention center and arranging the transfer of another to the border.
