●  Detention for deportation in Ruda Śląska

Border Guard officers from the newly established unit in Ruda Śląska detained 2 foreign nationals with prior criminal convictions, while units from Częstochowa, Sosnowiec, and Bielsko-Biała detained 3 more — a total of 5 people.

Cases included repeat offences such as drunk driving, theft, and drug possession. Most received return orders with bans on re-entry to the Schengen area ranging from 5 to 10 years. Some were already deported, while others remain in detention awaiting removal.
