●  Physical attack in Białystok

In the evening of July 20, 2025, in Białystok on Mickiewicza Street, two Belarusian young men were attacked by a group of unknown assailants after a verbal exchange with a woman walking her dog. The attackers knocked them to the ground and beat them, and when they heard the victims speaking with an accent, they shouted “S***dalaj na Ukrainę” (“Go back to Ukraine”). One victim suffered a fractured cheekbone, and the other sustained moderate injuries. The attackers also attempted to take a phone, which was damaged during the assault, and fled when they heard a nearby police siren.
