In March 2023 the "NIGDY WIĘCEJ" Association was informed about months of harassment suffered by a boy from Ukraine living in the Bródno district of Warsaw. The harassment came from another boy, a local resident, and from that boy's mother.

According to the account of the victim's mother, at the playground near her son's home the family heard that "Ukrainians have no right to use the swing" and that the swing is "only for Polish children". When she tried to talk to the mother of the aggressive boy, she met with a xenophobic reaction: the Polish woman shouted that they should "go back to Ukraine" and threatened that she would "make their life here unbearable". The incidents were reported to the police in August 2022.

In a message sent to the association, the mother of the harassed boy said that on 26 March 2023 a similar situation happened again, "when the Polish child was again aggressive and shouted that Ukrainians should not be here on the swing, that we are stupid and that we should go to Ukraine". When she tried to intervene, the other boy's mother again shouted that they should go back to Ukraine. The woman went with her child to the police station on Chodecka street, where, as she reported, the duty officer refused to accept a new report, saying that a case with the same parties already existed and no new notification would be taken.
