●  Discrimination in Kraków

On 27 October 2026, a foreign man who was about to buy an apartment in the Wola Duchacka neighbourhood of Kraków received an SMS from the real estate agent cancelling the scheduled meeting. The agent wrote that the family of the owner, who live on the floor above, had decided they did not want to live next to a foreigner after the sale, and offered to look for another apartment for him instead.
