●  Labour raid in Kąty Wrocławskie

On or shortly before 19 September 2026, police officers from the Criminal Division of the Wrocław city police, together with Border Guard officers and Labour Inspectorate (PIP) staff, raided a warehouse on Logistyczna Street in Kąty Wrocławskie near Wrocław. They checked the residence and work documents of foreign workers there, mainly Colombian and Venezuelan citizens employed through temp work agencies.

The authorities said some of the workers had no work permits or visas allowing them to work. Police detained 18 foreigners, mainly Colombians and Venezuelans, and handed them over to the Border Guard, which started return procedures that may lead to their deportation from Poland.
