On the evening of 15 October 2026, at around 9 p.m., a married couple living in Poland was walking their small puppy and stopped to pick up a parcel from a parcel locker. While the puppy sat on the grass next to the locker, one of two slightly drunk Polish men passing by stopped and demanded that the husband clean up after the dog. The couple replied that the dog had not left anything.

The man then started filming them on his phone, said that "tomorrow you will be on the internet", came closer and aggressively insisted that the dog had left droppings and that cameras everywhere would show it. As he walked away, he shouted at the husband to go "to your country, to the war" - an anti-migrant remark apparently assuming the man was Ukrainian. The husband is Belarusian.

The incident is known only from the account of the wife, published on Threads on 16 October 2026. The city where it happened was not specified.
