●  Police raid in Warszawa Śródmieście

Polish Border Guard officers, together with Warsaw traffic police, carried out inspections targeting app-based passenger transport drivers to verify the legality of foreigners' residence and employment. During the checks, they identified two foreign nationals — citizens of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan — who were providing ride-hailing services while staying in Poland without legal residence documents.

Administrative return proceedings were initiated against both men. The authorities ordered them to leave Poland and imposed a ban on re-entering Poland and the Schengen Area for two years and six months.
