●  Physical attack in Warszawa

Two Ukrainian women, Wira and Valentyna, were attacked by a neighbor in the courtyard of their residential complex.

The man, estimated to be about 50 years old, verbally abused them with xenophobic slurs, called Wira a “Russian whre,” hit Valentyna, and spat on her. He shouted: “F**ing Ukrainians, you should be exterminated. You’re so entitled, you destroy everything.”

Wira, who has lived in Poland for 10 years, recalls that this was not the first conflict — the same man had previously told her to “get the f*** out.”

The women describe the atmosphere of intimidation and repeated aggression, fueled by their Ukrainian origin and accent.
