●  Detention for deportation in Dorohusk

A 42-year-old Ukrainian train driver was detained after operating a Kyiv–Chełm passenger train under the influence of alcohol. The situation was reported by customs officers who noticed signs of intoxication during routine checks.

Police confirmed he was under the influence and initiated legal proceedings. In addition, the Border Guard issued a deportation order: the man was expelled from Poland with a 5-year ban on entering Poland and the Schengen area.
