●  Detention for deportation in Warszawa

Warsaw Border Guard officers deported two Ukrainian nationals following serious legal violations and breaches of residence regulations.

One man was handed over by police after being found driving under the influence while staying irregularly in Poland. The other was detained immediately after leaving prison, where he had served a sentence for multiple offenses. Both were issued immediate return orders without a voluntary departure period, along with 7- and 9-year entry bans to Poland and the Schengen area. They were escorted to the border and handed over to Ukrainian authorities the same day.
