●  Physical attack in Warszawa Mokotów

A 37-year-old U.S. citizen was brutally attacked on a tram near Plac Unii Lubelskiej in Warsaw. The victim had boarded the tram with friends and was talking loudly when another passenger suddenly approached and struck him twice in the head. The victim lost consciousness immediately and suffered serious injuries, including a shoulder injury.

After the assault, the attacker sat down next to the unconscious man and remained on the tram. Other passengers provided first aid and called emergency services. The suspect fled shortly before police and paramedics arrived. Police have released images of the suspect and are seeking help in identifying him. The victim was specifically identified by police as a foreign national and a U.S. citizen.
