●  Detention for deportation in Poznań

A 42-year-old Ukrainian citizen was detained after repeated minor offenses, mostly petty thefts of alcohol. Police reported that between January and September 2025, he was involved in eight such incidents.

During the last intervention in a local market, it was established that he also had no valid documents confirming his legal stay in Poland.

The Municipal Police Commander in Poznań requested a deportation order. The Border Guard approved the request: the man received a 5-year ban on entering Poland and the Schengen area and was escorted to the border for deportation.
