●  Physical attack in Kraków

A Ukrainian woman reported that in 2025 she and her husband were physically thrown out of a nightclub in Kraków after a security guard heard her Ukrainian accent. According to her account, the guard pushed her down the stairs while shouting "spierdalaj na Ukrainę" ("fuck off to Ukraine").

She was left with bruises over her whole body, and her husband cut his hands on the railing while trying to hold her up on the stairs. The couple called the police and waited for more than an hour, but no patrol arrived. The next day they filed a formal complaint and were told the prosecutor's office would handle the case; they were later called in to repeat their testimony, and almost a year later they had received no further information.
