●  Insult in Warszawa

A conductor on a Warsaw suburban train prevented a foreign passenger from purchasing a ticket, despite the train still being at the platform, and attempted to issue him a fine. The conductor then forced the passenger out of the carriage and insulted him, calling him an 'Ukrainian, one of those who have flooded in' ('украінцам, якіх панаехала').

Police were called to the scene. A passenger who had witnessed the incident told officers that the conductor had not allowed the foreigner to buy a ticket and had forcibly removed him from the train. Police subsequently took the conductor away.
