●  Physical attack in Warszawa Targówek

A cyclist riding outside the designated bicycle lane hit a Ukrainian woman and another pedestrian near Kondratowicza metro station. After the woman objected to the cyclist's riding, the cyclist became aggressive and directed xenophobic insults at her, including 'Spierdalaj do Ukrainy' ('Fuck off to Ukraine') and repeatedly calling her 'Ukrainko' ('Ukrainian woman').

A passing Polish man intervened and criticized the cyclist, but she continued behaving aggressively, including making an obscene gesture and exposing part of her buttocks. As she left, she threw water at the Ukrainian woman. The victim subsequently reported the incident to the Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behavior (OMZRiK).
