● Insult
On 1 August 2026, on a bus running from an airport to a railway station in Poland, two men boarded and were followed onto the bus by a Ukrainian man. One of the two called out loudly, so that the whole bus could hear, "Ty, Ukrainiec, daj mu wpierdolę" ("Hey, a Ukrainian, beat him up"), and the pair then shouted insults at him in front of the other passengers.
A woman travelling with a small child was the only passenger who objected. One of the men apologised to her for his language because she had a child with her, and then told her that he simply hated Ukrainians and that they should get out to their own country, adding "Polska dla Polaków" ("Poland for Poles"). No other passenger on the bus reacted.
The incident is known only from the account of that witness, who had arrived in Poland half an hour earlier and published a video describing what she had seen on Instagram the same day.
