A Ukrainian woman working in a Żabka store described a confrontation with a male construction worker who became aggressive after she refused to prepare his pizza before he paid. He threatened to complain to her manager and insulted her work. After paying, he repeatedly criticized the pizza and directed xenophobic abuse at the woman, calling her a Ukrainian and telling her to leave Poland if she did not like the situation, adding that she was obviously from a village and mocking her background. The woman said she began shaking and crying during the incident and later planned to ask her manager not to allow her to serve the customer again.
