●  Insult in Tulce

On 10 September 2026 in Tulce, a village on the outskirts of Poznan, a man began verbally abusing a Ukrainian woman who was out walking with her 15-month-old child. He shouted xenophobic insults at her, and when she started filming him he threatened her, shouting in Polish "Fucking Ukrainian woman! I'll find you! Stop!" and telling her he would catch up with her. The woman fled with the child.

According to the woman, the man lives nearby and the police had already been called to him repeatedly over domestic conflicts. The same day he met her again near her home and showed her the middle finger. She said that after the incident she is afraid to go outside; her husband is often away on business trips and she looks after three children on her own.
