●  Insult in Warszawa

On 21 July 2026 a man travelling on Warsaw city bus line 197 verbally attacked a group of teenagers after hearing them speak Ukrainian. In the recording made by another passenger he shouted at them in Polish, with constant obscenities, that their grandfathers had murdered "our citizens", insisting that his own grandfather and great-grandfathers had been killed, and repeating that this had been done to Polish people.

The teenagers replied that they were sorry but that it had nothing to do with them, which the man dismissed and kept shouting. He stopped only after a female passenger told him off, and then got off at the next stop.
