●  Insult in Warszawa

Two Ukrainian women travelling with a child on Warsaw bus line 162 were verbally abused by a female passenger after she heard them speaking Ukrainian. The woman claimed that Ukrainians live in Poland 'at her expense' and receive 800+ social benefits, while repeatedly shouting xenophobic slogans including 'Bandera! Do you remember Volhynia?'

According to witnesses, the other passengers did not support the woman's behaviour. The incident was recorded on video, documenting the anti-Ukrainian verbal harassment directed at the family.
