●  Insult in Warszawa

On 6 September 2026, on the road out of Warsaw, a Ukrainian man driving from Warsaw airport towards Lviv was verbally abused by a Polish driver. According to the victim's own account, the other driver had been flashing his headlights in the left lane at a speed above 150 km/h; when the Ukrainian did not immediately move aside because the right lane was occupied, the Polish driver pulled up alongside, opened his window and shouted "Spierdalaj na Ukrainę" ("Fuck off to Ukraine").

When the victim answered him in English, the man started shouting that he should speak Polish. The victim states that the driver was in an expensive car and had his own children in the vehicle, and that the man opened his window again later, when the two cars stopped side by side at a traffic light.

The incident is known only from the account the victim published on Threads on 6 September 2026. No police involvement is mentioned.
